Beautiful holiday home with a small private pool located in the locality of Capezzano Pianore. Here you will spend an ideal stay to visit both Tuscany and Liguria. The house is cozy and is surrounded by a private garden (300 m²) with a gazebo with table and chairs and private barbecue. Excellent position to reach the famous seaside destinations of Versilia such as Camaiore 5 Km, Lido di Camaiore 4 Km, Viareggio 6 Km, Forte dei Marmi 12 Km, Pietrasanta 5.2 km, Lucca 30 Km. Do not miss to organize excursions to Carrara, to the little villages of the Apuane Alps, to Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, where every summer numerous art and photography events are organized. In Forte dei Marmi, with its nice shops and boutiques, shopping is almost a must. Also take the opportunity to visit the National Park of the Cinque Terre with its paths, castles and five picturesque, well-preserved villages. Versilia, a famous seaside resort, is a green coast which offers excellent tourist infrastructure, elegant shops and an intense nightlife.

    “Das Haus war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hauses: sehr Weit vom Strand. Die Luftlinie 5 km, aber kostenloser Strand c.a. 12 km. Nebenkosten sind sehr teuer. Für Strom und Gas 100 Euro bezahlt.”
