The Residence Eloisa apartment building is a three-storey building with a view of the crystal clear water of Balestrate, a small coastal town on the Gulf of Castellammare



Residence Eloisa offers ten elegantly decorated apartments, equipped with everything needed for families and groups. Each unit consists of: a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony with a sea view (some to the front, others to the side).

The property is newly built and is about 100 metres from the sea and 800 metres from the nearest beach. The location is especially attractive, as the house is right by the beach promenade, which is also the central Corso of Balestrate and is very vibrant in the high season. Owing to the excellent location, you can enjoy a wonderful view of beautiful sunsets over the panorama of the sea bay.

Balestrate is a charming coastal town, which has a picturesque location and many tourist attractions. Its convenient location also enables easy access to the most important trip destinations in the west of the island, such as Scopello, the Zingaro nature reserve, San Vito Lo Capo, Segesta, Mondello, Monreale and of course Palermo, Trapani and their respective airports (40km and 50km from Balestrate).

Each apartment consists of: a kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. Each unit also has: air conditioning/heating in the living room, a kitchen unit with a four-plate stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a TV, a double sofa bed in the living room. Note that some apartments have direct views and others lateral views of the sea.
