This holiday country house in a panoramic and quiet location is divided into four residential units, in the offer are the accommodations ITN156, ITN157 and ITN158. The property is located in Pomarance, in the pure and unspoilt countryside near Volterra (just 20 minutes), Lajatico and the Etruscan coast reachable in 40 minutes by car. Each accommodation has a private outdoor area. The property is enclosed and entered through a gate. We suggest natural itineraries to discover the geo termia (hot sulphurous waters), the area is characterized by many nature reserves. Not far away flows the Cecina river, in this part you can enyoy bathing. These accommodations are ideal for experiencing direct contact with nature and simplicity. The owner lives in one of the apartments.

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Großes Grundstück mit separatem überdachtem Sitzplatz. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Ruhige Lage. Schöne Aussicht.
    Ca. 1 km Entfernung zum Einkaufen im Ort.”

    “Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls im Haus und sind seht nett!

    Es gibt drei Ferienwohnungen mit separatem Eingang.Die Einrichtung unserer Wohnung wart zweckmäßig, die Räume sind ausreichend groß. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind eingerichtet mit Schrank, Betten und Sofa, die Wohnküche mit einem großen Tisch beinhaltet einen Gasherd, Elektroofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank sowie einen Toaster.

    Wir waren im Winter dort, die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Im Sommer wird man mehr Zeit im großen Garten verbringen, nehme ich an.

    Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, schöne Umlage, keine Nachbarn,einfach traumhaft mit einer Postkartenaussicht. Bis zum Ort ist es allerdings gut ein Kilometer.
    Das Haus ist im alten Toskanastil gebaut, sehr gepflegt und einfach nur schön!

    Ein gutes WLAN ist inklusive!

    Drei süße Hunde sind ebenso inklusive, aber meistens im Zwinger bzw. im Haus.

    Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr zu empfehlen, besonders für Familien.

    Allerdings sollte man kein Problem damit haben, Serpentinen zu fahren. ;-)”
