Detached house situated at a lake and goog for hiking
This detached brick house is located, at the Skåredalen area, in Haugesund with a beautiful view of Gåsavannet lake.
The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area, big living room, toilet and a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooking top, oven, microwave, fridge with fridger and a coffee machine. In the kitchen there is a fireplace. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two guests and a large two-piece leather sofa. The living room also has a Daikin varmepumpe, fireplace, stereo system and a LG TV which is connected through Viasat parabol and Playstation 3. On the playstation you can enjoy surfing net, playing games or watch Netflix.
The property has been renovated in the year 2013.
On the second floor there are two sleeping rooms, a living room and a toilet with bathroom. In the one sleeping room there is a family bunk bed while in the other sleeping room there is a child bed. In the living room, there are two beds and two comfort chairs.
On the terrace there are garden furniture.
In the nearby Gåsavannet lake you may enjoy fishing or swimming. There is a food shop just 150 meters from the house. There is a bus stop right outside the house. Where you will get buses to many locations in and around Haugesund. There are many hiking areas, for example: Eivindsvatnet og Steinsfjellet, near the house. From Steinsfjellet you will have a breathtaking view over the city of Haugesund.
