Coming from the motorway, just before the gates of Sa Poblas, the wide road between the hills leads you to Villa Can Goet. The gleaming white house lies at the foot of the majestic Tramuntana mountains. The house is surrounded by a small white wall, along which green hedges and impressive tall palm trees grow, marking the area on which the beautiful villa with emerald green shutters stands. The architecture of the house is a successful mixture of typical Ibiza villas and classic colonial style.
This magnificent south-facing building has a bespoke swimming pool, decorated with azure blue mosaic and conveniently located in front of the house. Surrounded by a terrace of beautiful natural stone, it invites you to relax in the sun's rays, which are evenly distributed over its surface. The round table, equipped with a parasol, is the perfect place to cool off and enjoy a refreshing drink.
Whether you prefer to barbecue or cook together, your meals are best enjoyed outside at the high-quality polyratan table on the veranda, directly behind the gentle round arches.
From here, a staircase leads to a spacious terrace that extends around the entire upper floor and is also accessible from the bedroom. The well-positioned chill-out area is the place where red wine tastes best on balmy summer nights under the bright starry sky.
The space is cleverly divided so that this villa easily accommodates up to four guests and welcomes families and all other groups.
An inviting foyer leads into the open-plan living, dining and cooking area, which has been cleverly designed with a number of wall openings. This made it possible to place the cosy sofa group in the middle of the room and at the same time separate it slightly from the kitchen with a remaining piece of wall.
Directly behind the sofa there is enough space for a simple table with four chairs. The kitchen itself is separated from the dining room by a walk-through area from which you can see the cream-coloured, fully equipped modern kitchen, which is particularly appreciated when on holiday. The dark wooden table with rough sisal chairs blends in well with the feudal atmosphere, while the cast-iron, crackling fireplace provides warmth in both the dining and living areas.
The hand-forged spiral staircase in the foyer leads to the top floor, where the bedrooms await. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and direct access to the sun deck.
The second bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for children or good friends.
