The natural stone house with its dark green shutters nestles romantically against the hillside, surrounded by densely overgrown hills. Pretty stone paths, steps and seating areas invite you to linger in the enchanted garden. The cute seating areas in the breezy natural shade of the trees also invite you to spend cosy hours. Olive and fig tree plantations as well as other lush vegetation characterise the immediate surroundings, where there is hardly any neighbourhood but plenty of privacy, apart from the neighbouring house Santuari de sOlivar Casa des Mirador, with whose guests you share the pool and which is also in our portfolio. The view of the nearby hills and mountains and even the sea is breathtakingly beautiful! At 18 metres long, the pool is absolutely impressive and is also ideal for sporty laps. Numerous lounging options on the sun terrace, which is decoratively framed with natural stone, offer enough space for all fellow travellers and any neighbours. With a bit of luck, you might hear the nightingale or owl - or even the neighbour's donkey in the distance - while relaxing outdoors. The outdoor area also has a practical outdoor shower and two outdoor toilets.

A classic Mallorcan ambience pervades the interior of the finca, where there are all kinds of details to discover. Lots of dark wood harmonises well with the light floors and walls and creates a cosy atmosphere for spending quality time indoors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped, spacious kitchen, which also has room for a large dining table. A WC completes this floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one named Mar Meer and the other Montaña Berg, each with its own bathroom. Exposed beamed ceilings give these relaxation rooms a particularly cosy atmosphere and the hot/cold air conditioning system, in addition to the radiator heating, ensures ideal temperatures all year round. Two sofa beds in the living room, one for two people and one for one person, offer additional privacy if required. This finca on Mallorca is perfect for anyone who likes to live away from the hustle and bustle, but still has good access to the infrastructure and wants to see the sea every day on holiday.

The finca Santuari de sOlivar Casa de Pedra sits enthroned on a wildly romantic plot with a fantastic view of the sea and is aimed at people who want to spend their holiday in Mallorca quietly and without haste. Thanks to its location by the road, you are optimally connected to various destinations. You can do your shopping in nearby Estellencs. There are also some great restaurants and bars in the small village. Those who like to shop more extensively can drive to Port d'Andratx or Palma, for example.
