Something we rarely treat ourselves to, perhaps far too rarely. That's why you should treat your family and friends to a visit to Can Madis, a beautiful estate in the heart of our island. Fig and olive trees, cypresses and views of the Tramuntana mountains characterise this Mediterranean property. The newly constructed sandstone building, which shimmers golden in the sun, reflects tradition and modernity. It is rounded off by the huge pool with easy access. After long days of excursions or hikes, you can relax in the whirlpool. Afterwards, you can take a siesta on one of the comfortable loungers under the double parasol or simply relax in one of the hammocks in the garden. The built-in corner barbecue also serves as a fireplace after a delicious feast, and you can sit under the awnings on the inviting wicker furniture at a long wooden table. You will also find more cosy furniture on the covered part of the terrace with dining area, relaxed lounge and colourful sun loungers.

Relaxation is the main activity on the programme, so the exceptionally chic interior and exterior design will always suit your needs. The centrepiece is the combined living area. This light-flooded living space with floor-to-ceiling windows is divided into a cosy living room with sofa area and TV corner, a stylish dining area in front of a pleasant fireplace and a rustic library, also with Smart TV. So many favourite places to choose from! Terracotta, wooden floors, curved ceilings and mares emphasise the natural atmosphere of the interior. You will also discover this quality in the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality wooden furniture. At the same time, it resembles an old farmhouse with the second fireplace: in earlier times, this formed the social centre, as it was often the only heated room. After long, free-spirited days, you will eventually feel tired and can retire to one of the four air-conditioned bedrooms, most of which are located on the upper floor (one bedroom with a bathroom is on the ground floor). On the first floor, each of the chic bedrooms with fantastic views also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower or bathtub. The spacious balcony with a canopy overlooking the garden and pool is the ideal retreat for reading a good book. Let's be honest, can you think of anything you would have to compromise on? This is also the case with Costitx, the endearing small town that can be reached quickly. It offers everything you need for everyday life, as well as typical island amenities: a village square in the centre and a weekly market on Saturdays. Cafés, restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy, a supermarket - what more could your heart desire? And there is a planetarium in this small town of all places, but perhaps the view of the stars in the centre of the island is simply the most beautiful. You should definitely pay a visit to the Santuari Ferrer de Son Ferrer attraction, which you can even combine with a short walk. Thanks to its central location, you can quickly reach all regions.
