On the various open and covered terrace zones in front of and behind the house, by the pool and in the park-like garden, there are numerous beautiful, high-quality relaxation and retreat options on several levels. The sunbathing area next to the 10-metre swimming pool, which is constructed with trendy wood, and the path to the pool area, which is designed with stone slabs, are real eye-catchers. Last but not least, the viewing balcony on the first floor is a real eye-catcher, from which you not only have an excellent view of the property, but also of the landscape beyond. Incidentally, your hire car will find a shady spot in the carport.

Son Net is a high-quality, stylish home. Here, too, there are several open-plan levels that offer plenty of living space and radiate an all-round inviting expanse. Terracotta tiles, exposed wooden beams on the ceilings, white walls and numerous windows create a pleasantly bright, harmonious ambience. The dining area is pleasantly airy and flows easily into the library, where you have a great view from a slightly higher level and can sit very comfortably at the same time. Below the dining area, just a few steps down, is the living area with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Behind this is the modern white-style kitchen, of course fully equipped with everything you need for independent self-catering days (you can even drink tap water thanks to a house water filtration system). There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level. Two further double bedrooms, which share a bathroom, are located on the upper floor of this finca in Mallorca. All double beds have mattress toppers.

The very stylish finca Son Net is idyllically located in the centre of Mallorca, approx. 5 km from Petra and Ariany. Petra is known for its atmospheric narrow streets and golden-brown quarry stone houses and is ideal for daily shopping. The popular beaches of Alcúdia or Can Picafort are around 20 km away.
