A breathtaking view, a lovingly landscaped property with pool and a well-kept holiday home with every comfort: this is Villa Mar i Muntanya near Banyalbufar in the west of Mallorca. The pretty house with several covered terraces including attractive furniture and fitness equipment is surrounded by lush green lawns, imposing palm trees and beautiful flowering plants typical of the Mediterranean. The tiered pool high above the Mediterranean offers wonderful refreshment, and not just for the children travelling with you. To dry off, simply lie down on one of the comfortable, modern sun loungers or enjoy a cool drink in the chill-out lounge next to the pool, equipped with inviting outdoor furniture and marvellous views of the sea, while the children play an exciting game of table tennis.

You can also relax in the barrier-free villa with all rooms on one level: all rooms are bright and cheerfully painted, so you will immediately feel at home. In the large living room, which opens onto the dining area, two inviting leather sofas invite you to spend a cosy evening watching TV together. From the wooden dining table and chairs, you can gaze dreamily into the crackling fire of the home's own modern fireplace between your main course and dessert. The kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, is practically next door, so you don't have to go far with plates, glasses and crockery. The four bedrooms, with a double bed or two single beds, are pleasantly understated and have spacious fitted wardrobes to accommodate even the most extensive holiday wardrobe, while the spotlessly clean bathrooms are decorated with lovingly selected tiles, large mirrors and a very nice wooden washbasin with a modern touch.

Mar i Muntanya is built on a hill and offers fantastic views of the Mediterranean shimmering in the sun, the surrounding green mountains and the picturesque town of Banyalbufar is only 0.3 km away, nestled in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana with its terraced vineyards. From your villa on the easily audible but hardly frequented road, you can go for relaxing walks or challenging hikes in the countryside, but also take a leisurely stroll to the sea or into the village to shop or try out the local restaurants and cafés - it's worth it! Banyalbufar was founded in the 10th century, was once one of the most important wine-growing areas and is still considered one of the most beautiful villages in the west of the island. Here you can take a leisurely stroll through the narrow streets and buy traditional handicrafts and regional specialities far away from the crowds of tourists. The small pebble beach of Punta de sa Galera can be reached via a 2.3 km walk along the almost unspoilt coastline. The name of Villa Mar i Muntanya Sea and Mountain says it all. This charming house with pool also boasts unrivalled views of the deep blue Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains. From here, almost everything can be done on foot: The town of Banyalbufar is just 0.3 km away and the nearest beach is just 2.1 km away.
