The property, on which the elongated, single-storey holiday home for up to eight people is located, is spacious with well-tended lawns offering plenty of space for children to play and run around, while a table tennis table invites you to play exciting duels and the like. If you want to relax on a sun lounger under a parasol or make yourself comfortable on one of the partially covered terraces by the house, which are equipped with comfortable seating, you have a fantastic view of the impressive surrounding mountains.

In addition to the cosy living room, where you can sit together by the cosy open fire and reminisce about your holiday experiences, there is a classically designed dining room with a large table, a well-equipped kitchen where you can have breakfast at another table and four beautifully furnished bedrooms, all with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to step directly outside. A place to recharge your batteries and find peace and quiet in the middle of nature and yet less than 4 km from the nearest town of Cala Sant Vicenç and the nearest beach of Cala Clara: this is Finca LEsplai near Pollença in the north of Mallorca. The ground floor house is situated on a large plot with a large lawn and pool and offers a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains. You can easily reach the finca with your hire car (a sports car is not recommended due to the partially uneven access road).
