The family-friendly Finca Albaimar is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The practical driveway to your holiday home in the heart of Mallorca is lined with the finca's own citrus trees. Upon arrival at the beautifully landscaped property, there is ample open parking space for several hire cars. On the other side of the finca is a well-kept, south-east facing garden. The spacious, covered veranda, equipped with comfortable seating and dining areas, overlooks a chlorine-free, gently sloping pool, which is easily accessible via a wide staircase. In between is a well-tended lawn that invites you to walk barefoot. The outdoor facilities include a high-quality gas barbecue, an outdoor shower, a trampoline, a children's slide and various other play options for younger guests. From the roof terrace you can enjoy a sensational panoramic view over the idyllic landscape as far as the Tramuntana mountains.

The interior is flooded with natural daylight thanks to numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors on both levels. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly into a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island and integrated bar. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobe and a separate bathroom. The two further bedrooms, one of which has its own balcony access, are located on the upper floor and share another bathroom with a bathtub. Both the main living area and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The entire house has a good Wi-Fi connection and stable mobile phone reception, so that occasional working from home is also possible. Wide doors, step-free access and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor ensure a comfortable, largely barrier-free holiday for older guests and people with physical disabilities.
In the beautiful triangle between Sa Pobla, Muro and Llubí, you will discover Albaimar, a newly built villa with extremely attractive furnishings. You are free to choose which of the sleepy towns you would like to visit for your daily shopping. Both the sea and the mountains are within easy reach - in just 20 minutes by car you can reach the Tramuntana mountains and impressive mountain villages such as Caimari or the bay of Alcúdia with its numerous beaches.
