This townhouse on Mallorca is perfect for all holidaymakers who like to travel with a larger group but don't want to compromise on privacy. The Nordhaus Casa Nord, named after its location, is perfect for these requirements. In the outdoor area, you can also choose between very different places to relax in the open air. A small lawn offers a dining area and comfortable loungers. Depending on the time of day, you can enjoy the wonderful breezy shade of nature here. You can enjoy a particularly expansive view from the roof terrace, which also has several seating areas and a barbecue for evening barbecues.
The mess inside the house is functional and yet absolutely cosy, so that you can feel completely private even with a larger group of travellers. And this is due to the clever division into three self-sufficient residential units. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with a living/dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite), providing a lovely place for four guests to stay. There is an exit to the staircase leading to the terrace, which is shared with the apartment on the 1st floor. This flat, which is also designed for four people, has a cosy open-plan living/dining room. In addition, there is of course a separate kitchen from which you can access the roof terrace. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite) round off the accommodation on offer. Two more guests can stay on the first floor, which has a small room with a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen with cooking island is open to the living/dining area and has direct access to the roof terrace. This holiday home in Mallorca is a real tip for price-conscious group and family holidaymakers who want to enjoy their very own retreat even when they are together. A small all-rounder is the Casa Nord townhouse, which offers an attractive realm for up to ten holidaymakers on several floors. Thanks to its location on the street, it is perfectly connected to various excursion destinations on the island and shopping can also be easily done on foot. For larger shopping trips, we recommend a trip to Inca, approx. 7 km away, where you will find numerous interesting shops. The nearest beach is less than 12 km away.
