With its idyllic location, the villa Can Grever with two-person property is a sought-after rarity a real treat. Couples looking to enjoy their time together can enjoy true privacy and the unique views that generously extend from different sides of the holiday home. A lush and wonderfully rustic property surrounds the pretty house and emphasises the natural and romantic atmosphere. On the covered and open terrace areas, you can relax to your heart's content and enjoy the distant views. A varied selection of outdoor furniture (10 outdoor seating options in total) offers you the opportunity to either sit back and relax or enjoy a culinary dinner at the rustic dining table. You will even find a comfortable hammock to enjoy the marvellous atmosphere of this villa. The swimming pool, just a few metres away, promises you a special kind of bathing pleasure. Here you can swim and enjoy the fantastic view at the same time. The pool is easily accessible via a staircase. You can enjoy the Mediterranean sun to the full on the sun loungers. A parasol protects you from excessive UV radiation. Enjoy the barbecue on warm evenings and prepare and savour a dinner with fresh regional ingredients.

Upon entering the interior of the villa, you will be greeted by a particularly friendly and tastefully designed interior that invites you to linger spontaneously. Terracotta floor tiles, light-coloured walls and classic wooden beamed ceilings create a harmonious setting for the simple and very pretty furnishings. Wooden and stone elements as well as selected and carefully placed decorations round off the interior. At the centre of the house is the open-plan living/dining area with a pretty and modern integrated kitchenette (Italian coffee machine and kettle). On one side, various comfortable sofas and armchairs invite you to relax in style, while on the other side you can enjoy your meal either at the bar or at the small table. However, the island's fantastic climate will probably entice you to the inviting outdoor seating areas. The bedroom, which opens up to the other living spaces, is furnished with two 0.90 x 1.90 metre beds and invites you to recharge your batteries. The bathroom is equal parts design and comfort.
An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't need to bring them with you.

There is a weekly market in Llubi every Tuesday. You will find it on the Placa de la Carretera. The central location of the holiday residence is ideal for excursions to all parts of the island. The town of Inca, famous for its leather goods and shoes, is a 20-minute drive away. The touristy Can Picafort, located in the bay of Alcúdia, is only 15 kilometres away. The bay offers numerous sandy beaches. With a hire car you are in the right place: you will spend your holiday in an idyllic setting and can go on a variety of excursions in the surrounding area. In certain winds, you may hear some noise from planes taking off and landing at the airport, which is 30 kilometres from the villa as the crow flies. We do not believe that this has a negative impact on the charm of this property. The small villa Can Grever is very attractively located in the centre of the island. This property is characterised by its particularly tastefully designed interior and the beautiful nature that surrounds it. Llubi is a picturesque and quiet village less than 10 minutes away by car. Here you will find bars, restaurants and shops for your daily needs. The holiday home can be reached from the airport in approx. 40 minutes by car.
