Lovingly renovated historic townhouse from 1721, situated right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a few meters away from numerous shopping options and restaurants. The Martinskirche, a landmark of Landshut, is reachable on foot in one minute.

Outstanding hotel-level amenities, featuring box spring beds and designer furniture. Self-check-in available, even into the late evening hours. Complimentary reserved underground parking spot, a 5-minute walk away. Pets are welcome!

The house spans three floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance area, a bedroom with a comfortable king-size box spring bed, and a bathroom with shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The first floor houses the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a toaster, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine with pods, and a selection of teas. Guests can dine together at the table, with a high chair available for the little ones. Additionally, on the first floor, there's a second bathroom with bathtub and WC, along with the second bedroom. The top floor hosts the combined living and sleeping area with another king-size bed. For groups of 8 guests, the sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) provides sleeping space for 2 more guests. When accommodating 6 guests, each couple has their own bedroom. Towels, bed linen, and soap are included in the price. Furthermore, we provide toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent for at least one day.

The arrival is possible from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Departure is possible until 10:00 am at the latest.
Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement.
The key handover takes place contactlessly via a key box and PIN code.
IMPORTANT: You will receive the access information approximately 3 days before arrival after providing guest details (link to this is in the confirmation email).
Your four-legged friends are welcome and can be brought along free of charge - we kindly ask for registration.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Included in the base price are towels, bed linen, WiFi, and parking (additional paid parking spaces available depending on availability).

Conditions and extras
The entire house is exclusively for guests. It consists of 3 floors:

On the ground floor, there is Bedroom 1 and Bathroom 1 with a toilet, shower, and washing machine.
The 1st floor features a fully equipped kitchen, Bedroom 2, and Bathroom 2 with a toilet and bathtub.
The attic is furnished with a (sleeping) sofa, (sleeping) chairs, TV, and a play corner.
We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, and we aim to provide that during your stay. Both beds are high-quality hotel-grade box spring beds.

The sofa bed in the attic is sprung and has a sleeping area of 140 x 200 cm. Additionally, there's a foldable sleeping ottoman (suitable for slender adults but preferably recommended for children) measuring 70 x 200 cm.
