Villa Verdot

Das moderne, mit 300 qm Wohn- und Nutzfläche sehr geräumige Ferienhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern (eines mit en-suite Badezimmer) und zwei Badezimmer befindet sich am Fuße des grünen Constantia Tals! Schon der geschmackvoll ausgestattete Eingangsbereich lässt auf eine ansprechende Gestaltung des Hauses schließen. Parken für zwei Autos in einer sehr geräumigen Doppelgarage. Schneller Internet-Zugang und ein leistungsstarkes "BackUp System for Load-Shedding" sind vorhanden!

Der großzügige Wohnraum mit deckenhohen Glaswänden und Glasschiebetüren zum Garten hin und offener Küche hat einen Sitzbereich vor dem Kamin, einen großen Esstisch und eine schöne Bar mit Regalen und Getränkekühlschrank. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind mit King-Size oder Queen-Size Betten ausgestattet, alle mit erstklassigen Matratzen.
Die zwei Badezimmer haben eine geräumige Duschkabine, Toilette und einen Waschtisch mit Basin. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt auch über eine Badewanne.

Die offene, voll-eingerichtete Küche ist mit einer großen Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Gasherd, Gasofen, Mikrowellenofen, zwei Weinkühlschränken, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Bestecke etc. ausgestattet, sowie mit einer Küchenbar mit Hochstühlen.

Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man zur der Terrasse mit Holzdeck, großem Grill und Esstisch, an die sich der Garten mit solar-beheiztem 30 qm Swimming Pool anschließt, der mit einer elektrisch betriebenen Abdeckung ausgestattet ist. Im Garten befindet sich auch ein Jungle Gym für die kleinen Klettermonster.

Von der Villa Verdot sind es nur wenige Kilometer bis zur Constantia Weinstraße mit 11 Weingütern und zahlreichen guten bis erstklassigen Restaurants. Die aufwendig gestalteten Weingüter laden zu Weinproben und Spaziergängen ein. Dies alles liegt in kurzer Distanz zur False Bay mit dem langen Sandstrand von Muizenberg.

Villa Verdot - Luxury Holiday Home at the Constantia Wine Route

The modern, spacious holiday home with 300 square meters of living space and usable space, three bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), and two bathrooms is at the foot of the green Constantia Valley! The tastefully furnished entrance area alone suggests an attractive house design—parking for two cars in a spacious double garage. Fast Internet access and a powerful “BackUp System for Load-Shedding” are available!

The spacious living room, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and sliding glass doors facing the garden, and the open kitchen have a seating area in front of the fireplace, a large dining table, and a beautiful bar with shelves and a drinks fridge. The four bedrooms are furnished with king-size or queen-size beds with first-class mattresses.
The two bathrooms have spacious shower cubicles, toilets, washbasins, and basins. The main bathroom also has a bathtub.

The open, fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer combination, gas stove, gas oven, microwave oven, two wine refrigerators, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, etc., as well as a kitchen bar with high chairs.

From the living room, you reach the terrace with a wooden deck, a large barbecue, and a dining table. This terrace is connected to the garden, which has a solar-heated 30 sqm swimming pool equipped with an electrically operated cover. The garden also has a jungle gym for the little climbing monsters.

From Villa Verdot, it is only a few kilometres from the Constantia Wine Route, which has 11 wineries and numerous first-class restaurants. The lavishly designed wineries invite you to wine tasting and walks. All of this is a short distance from False Bay, with the long sandy beach of Muizenberg.
