This vacation rental in St. Jean de Maruéjols consists of two independent houses. The first, on the first floor, has a spacious kitchen under a beautiful stone vault, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. The second apartment, accessible via an external staircase, has a kitchen, bathroom, WC and living room on the second floor. On the second floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a children's seating area and an adjoining children's room with a single bed. The outdoor areas consist of two terraces, one of which is shaded by a grapevine and the other offers a view of the Cevennes and the Ardèche. There is a large summer kitchen with a wood-fired barbecue, sink, tables and chairs. The swimming pool below is secured by an alarm and has a wooden pool terrace with sun loungers. Please note that you have to cross the road to get to the second terrace, the summer kitchen and the pool. The rental property is a semi-detached house and is the penultimate house in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of St. Jean de Maruéjols. The nearest shops can be found in Barjac, approx. 7 km away. Relax in this pretty village house with vaulted stone ceilings and views of the countryside.
