The apartment is ideal for couples and families who want to spend their holidays on the famous Marche coast, but at the same time far from the chaos of the seafront and close to historic villages and medieval villages that can offer an unforgettable charm. Completely renovated and furnished in a modern style, the house offers a total of 8 beds divided into three double bedrooms and a sofa bed, two complete bathrooms with a window and one has a hydromassage tub, two habitable terraces with sea view equipped for eating out .

As far as bathing establishments are concerned, most of them are equipped with essential services in accordance with the law.
