A prestigious and unusual single-storey gîte, this independent, air-conditioned house comprises a living room with a cosy sitting area (sofa, armchair and connected TV), a fully-equipped fitted kitchen and a laundry area with washing machine. A beautiful, spacious suite with a queen-size bed (160cm) and an adjoining, private shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC. An entirely private wellness area with a SPA and a Sauna. The gîte has a magnificent outdoor area to enjoy the lagoon-style swimming pool and a large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for relaxing moments.
