Beautiful, quietly located holiday flat in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel - on the outskirts of Daun. The ground floor flat in a detached two-family house has a large garden with direct access to the forest.
The Maare-Mosel cycle path and access to the Eifelsteig and Lieserpfad hiking trails are only a few hundred metres away.
The nearest bakery is 800m away. The town centre with restaurants, shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as the tourist information are within walking distance. (cafés, cinema, indoor swimming pool, volcano museum etc.).
The Maare can be reached via appropriate hiking trails (3 km) or are only a few minutes away by car. The Nürburgring and various Moselle towns are within easy reach for beautiful day trips.
The Daun Game and Adventure Park is 7 km away.
The distance to the A1 motorway is approx. 5 km.
The 65 sqm holiday flat has a separate bedroom with double bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining room.
The bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2023, has a ground-level shower with seating, a WC and a washbasin.
In the living area there is a corner couch that can be converted into a sofa bed in a few easy steps, so that accommodation for 4 people is possible. (Appropriate bed linen is of course available).
You will also find a TV with satellite connection and a stereo system.
The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. There is also a coffee machine in the dining area.
In the kitchen you will find a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, a ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, bread maker, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, egg cooker and a hot air fryer, as well as appropriate crockery.
The terrace, equipped with a garden table, 4 garden chairs and two deck chairs, invites you to have a cosy breakfast or to enjoy the evening sun with a delicious glass of wine from the Moselle. There is also an electric barbecue at your disposal. From the upper part of the garden, you have direct access to the adjacent forest path through a gate.
There is a parking space for you directly at the accommodation. In the garage belonging to the house there is the possibility to park two-wheelers of any kind.
