It also benefits from a private terrace with space for 2 sun loungers and a dining table & chairs to enjoy the wonderful sunny days and evenings.
The apartment has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom, with access to a second bathroom.
Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has a workspace, including a desk, chair, and printer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, juicer, and an American-style fridge-freezer with integrated ice machine.
The kitchen also has double glass doors leading on a separate terrace, with it very own table and chairs, ideal for an afternoon coffee or a sundowner.
The comfortably furnished air conditioned large lounge and dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat 6 persons and 2 large sofas to relax on.
There is a flat-screen TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs.
The patio doors take you out to the veranda, where you can dine al fresco at any time of day.
