The villa is located in the picturesque village of Klarići, just a few kilometers from Vodnjan and the castle in Savičenta.

It was built in the traditional way, from stone, before 1900 and was renovated in 2023.

One 200 meters from the house is the renowned rustic Istrian Konoba Klarići.

Well-known cities such as Pula, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč or Motovun and the National Park Brijuni are all within reach, which allows you to have an unforgettable day visit. Many bike paths also satisfy the pleasures of mountain or city bike lovers.

Villa Roza is named after a great-great grandmother and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

There are two living areas on the ground floor; the first called "K litu" is for socializing according to our tradition with music, with a pool table and table tennis. The second daily "Lavender" area is oriented towards relaxation and wellness and you can enjoy the jacuzzi.

The large kitchen, connected to two living areas, we call from the bottom of our hearts the "Kitchen of nonna Ada", who was an excellent cook of the typical local cooking tradition of fuji and gnocchi. She also taught us to pick asparagus and mushrooms, which are freely available in our area and which make up the reputation of our culinary specialties.

The kitchen is in a rustic style, fully furnished, contains all the necessary appliances for the most delicious meals and has a large table for pleasant dinners together.

On one side of the house, more precisely on the floor above the playroom, the internal stairs lead to the bedrooms.

On the first floor, there is the "Malvazija" double room, which gets its name from the malvazija grape, which grows in our area along with muscat. In the cover there is another double room "Lastavice", which gets its name from the swallows that are our frequent guests during the year.

The rooms have a view of olive trees, vineyards and the swimming pool.

On the other hand, on the first floor above the kitchen, there is a living room "Nonno Jure" with an additional bed for two people and an antique fireplace. From the living room "Nonno Jure" there is access to the covered "Sterna Terrace", characterized by an authentic Istrian well and access to the swimming pool.

From the "Jure" living room, wooden stairs lead to the "Skrinja od nonna Marije" room, located in the attic, decorated with antique beams and two separate beds.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.

The house has satellite TV, air conditioning in each bedroom and also heating.

Outside, you can enjoy a covered terrace with a barbecue and an antique stone table.

It is possible to play volleyball, and for the youngest there is a swing and a small slide.

The pool with deckchairs and umbrellas offers you an ideal place to enjoy the sun and the peace of the surrounding nature.

It is possible to arrange excursions with horses, eat-home delivery, private tours around Istria, and a mooring for a boat up to 10 m is available on the Brijunka Riviera in Štinjan opposite the Brijuna National Park.

Pets are welcome. We will tell you a little secret: the owners of the house themselves and their pets enjoy every year a couple of weeks in summer and winter in this family house and they are glad to host you and especially to introduce you to our area and our customs. Welcome!
