Apartment in Tar with Common Pool

The newly built, modern, lovingly furnished NOA 2 apartment suitable for families with children is located in Tar, a small town only 10 km away from Poreč. The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three neighboring structures that together form the residence. In the residences, there is a shared-use swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the games room for children and adults with pool table, flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs.
The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence. In the structure, there is a space for shared use with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the main building. Consisting of two bedrooms, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a bedroom with two single beds. The small balcony with two garden chairs and a small table overlooking the pool area. The living area has a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with four seats, equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette has two electric hobs, fridge with freezer area (10 l), toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine with filters, Mocca, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and sponge. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet. The grocery store, church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m. The station of the tourist train that leads to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is 50 m from the property . Very close to the autodrome, tennis courts and horse riding center. The port of Santa Marina where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen of the area just 3.4 km away.
The strong point of the town of Tar is the tranquility and being just a few kilometers from two renowned tourist centers such as Novigrad and Poreč. The Istralandia water park just 12 km away.

* Any damage caused please declare to the owner that after an accurate assessment of the damage cost will be charged on the spot.

    “Sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Familienurlaub Positiv: Das Spielzimmer und der große Pool hat uns am meisten gefallen. Wir haben mit 2 Kindern einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in der eingezäunten Ferienhausanlage verbracht.
    Diese war klimatisiert, sauber, gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Negativ: Es gibt wenig Privatsphäre in der Ferienanlage, da es nun mal 9 Wohnungen sind.
    Aber das weiß man ja vorher ;-)”
