Our guest house is located in the quiet district of Brunnfeld - in a few minutes you can reach the center of Oetzer and the valley station of the Acherkogelbahn. The well-known AREA 47 is only about 5 km. You can experience numerous other outdoor activities (canyoning, rafting, climbing, biking, ...) in Oetz and the Oetztal. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped shared kitchen. Furthermore, our Zirbenstube is also available as a lounge. Parking spaces and storage facilities for bikes/motorcycles are available.

Small and very lovely apartment (approx. 32 m²) in the semi-basement: 1 double room, 1 fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (crockery, electric kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/small freezer, coffee maker, ...), sofa, satellite TV,  shower/WC. Extra beds for max. 2 children under 10 years available on request.
