Stay in this charming, fully renovated holiday home just a short walk from the beach. The large living area offers a delightful view of the garden, and the modern open kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, kettle, and coffee machine – the perfect spot to unwind. The adjacent TV room adds extra comfort. On the first floor, you'll find a washing machine, dryer, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Relax in the sauna after an active day – a true wellness oasis! There are 3 bedrooms, with two having double beds and the third bedroom featuring a bunk bed.

Nieuwvliet is one of the southernmost seaside resorts in the Netherlands, close to the Belgian border. The house is peacefully located near a bakery, bike rental, playground, restaurants, and of course, the beach! The area offers plenty of opportunities for excursions, such as visiting the historic cities of Bruges, Ghent, or Knokke. Cadzand itself also offers a lot of charm with numerous restaurants and terraces, both in the village and on the beach.

The beaches of Nieuwvliet are among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Here, you can sunbathe, take long walks, or engage in water sports. In addition to the many walking paths, there are also numerous bike routes leading you along the coast, through the dunes, and over country roads to various picturesque villages. A visit to the Zwin, a beautiful wetland area with rich flora and fauna, is definitely worth it for nature lovers and bird watchers.
