Looking for a spacious villa with a heated pool?
This spacious villa is located in the trendy Exotica area in Nerja and boasts a large luxuriant garden and a heated pool. The villa has been decorated to a high standard and is provided with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The centre of Nerja is within a short drive, and an easy walk will take you to the nearby Lidl supermarket and bakery.
 
Location and outside area 
La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (2 km) within a 5-minute drive from the bustling city centre and its beautiful beaches. This spacious villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja's vast array of amenities nearby.
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac and next to villa Nerja 048. The villa entrance, at street level, has a terrace with a pool table for the guests’ entertainment. From this level, stairs lead down to the rich garden where sun beds await, as well as the tempting pool (10 m x 4 m, 1.4 m – 2.7 m deep), a shaded dining area and a large barbecue for your alfresco dinners.
 
Note: The pool can be heated upon request in April, May, September and October at a maximum temperature of 27°C approximately (free of charge).
 
Inside and lay-out 
Tastefully furnished and decorated, this house provides a high level of comfort.
Upstairs (entrance level) you will find a large living room with sofas, a coffee table, a fireplace, a radio-CD player, a 32” flat screen television with satellite TV. Doors open onto a lovely terrace with panoramic views to the mountains, down to Nerja and the Mediterranean. There is a twin bedroom and a spacious double bedroom sharing a full bathroom with an overhead shower in the bathtub, a washbasin and WC.
 
Downstairs (garden level), the eye immediately catches the open-plan bright kitchen decorated in a warm yellow hue, well equipped and practical with a dining table, a 37” flat screen television and a cosy sitting corner for an after dinner drink. The kitchen features a 4-ring vitro hob, an electric oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. A restroom with WC and washbasin also has a washing machine. The third bedroom is likewise located on this floor, again very spacious and provided with its own en suite shower room with WC. Several add-ons such as a hair dryer, a safe box, an alarm and smoke detectors complete this magnificent villa!
 
Wifi and air conditioning in the bedrooms are provided at no extra cost.
