Our cozy "Landhaus am Frohnauer Hammer" has 5 fully equipped apartments of 39-79sqm, all with separate bedrooms, new box spring beds, kitchen (fully equipped) with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace with grill. We cordially invite you to switch off from everyday life in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany - the Ore Mountains - to spend your well-deserved vacation days and to explore the most beautiful excursion destinations from here: Mining and cultural treasures, hardly any other region offers so many living testimonies to centuries of mining tradition -Enjoy the romance of trains and dreams of vintage cars -Discover the Erzgebirge Christmas wonderland and experience the traditional handicraft in its diverse forms -Explore our region in a sporty and vital way, because the Ore Mountains are not only a fairy tale in winter, but also offer wonderful nature experiences for hikers, mountain bikers and with the e-bike

Our apartment "Bärenstein" is located on the 1st floor of our country house and has a size of 52sqm:

- Occupancy of 1-4 people, 1 separate bedroom with box spring double bed, spacious open living area with kitchenette fully equipped with ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, a dining area for up to 4 people, optional sofa bed 2.00 m x 1.65m with topper, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer

- Dogs allowed after registration, we charge 8 euros per day

- Bed linen and towels free of charge, change as needed for longer stays

Conditions:

- Down payment of 20% of the total price will be charged after booking, the remaining amount will be paid on site in cash with the visitor's tax

- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the total price, later cancellations will be charged 90% of the total price - Arrival from 2 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.

- Your guest care The Balzke family lives in the house, handing over the keys and apartment personally or using a key safe for late arrivals after 10 p.m. (code transmission with booking confirmation)

- Dogs of any size are allowed after prior registration, we charge 8 euros per day - Baby bed and high chair available, please register in advance

- The travel price includes all additional costs (bed linen, towels, final cleaning, all consumption costs, baby cot and high chair if required), plus guest tax.

- Parking space at the house, subject to availability, further free parking space opposite Museum Frohnauer Hammer 80m away
