Contemporary and comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in a quiet, residential area of Lagos, just a 15-minute walk from the centre of town and to the nearest beautiful beach at Porto do Mos.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (all on the first floor), including a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with twin beds that can be joined together to form a large double bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.
All bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto the first-floor terrace overlooking the pool & garden.
On the ground floor is the open plan living/dining room with comfortable sofas, a dining table with seating for 6 persons, a flat-screen curved TV (international TV channels available) and a DVD player.
The dining area leads into the fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.
There is a separate guest WC on the ground floor.
The ground floor living area opens out onto a southwest-facing covered terrace with an electric awning for additional shade and comfortable seating.
The lawned garden and terraced area for sunbathing surround the beautiful swimming pool which can be heated.
For outdoor entertaining, there is a built-in barbecue with a dining table for those warm evenings.
There is a shower room with WC off the garden terrace which also includes a washing machine.
For additional entertainment, there is a lower ground floor with a table tennis table and TV and for those who need to do a little work, there is a desk.
Pool towels, an iron, ironing board, and hairdryers are provided in the villa.
Location
The villa is ideally located near Lagos town, with local shops, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket a few minutes walk from the villa. Many guests have found that a car is not needed and local taxis etc are reasonably priced.
There is also an excellent local bus service available with the nearest stop less than a minute’s walk from the villa.

For golfers, this villa is situated just a few minutes from the Boavista course and 10 minutes from Palmares. Within a 25-minute drive are the courses at Penina, Parque da Floresta, and Morgado.
Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.
Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
