Cottage in Västanvik is located 20 km from Motala and on the northeast shore of Vättern. The house is adjacent to the forest. Here you will experience fresh air, a life in nature, good swimming opportunities and fishing grounds. You can swim from the cliffs, also from the beach. A boat with motor can be rented. You can experience a beautiful nature on Vättern or Nätholmen, which is not far from the house. The house fits well for a larger family. Next to it there is a smaller house with four beds, so two families can spend their vacations together. In the house there is a cozy fireplace, on the terrace you can barbecue. You can buy wood from the house owner for 50 SEK.

Excursions: The cycle path Vätternrundan is passable from Motala. In Västanvik a footpath leads to the Vättern shore, this path runs in a circle and has its origin in Medevi Brunn, the oldest spa in Sweden. In the summer concerts are held in the spa park, also the traditional Midsummer Festival is very popular. To Medevi Brunn you need about 8 minutes in the car.
