This spacious 4-bedroom villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard, including a spacious new kitchen with central island, modernised bathrooms, new floors, new windows, new furniture and an outside kitchen bar with an amazing 'big green egg' BBQ, sink, fridge etc, and covered pergola.
The villa has a private pool (that can be heated at extra cost) and is in a quiet, peaceful location yet just a few minutes from the Marina, town, and the main beach of Lagos (Meia Praia). The villa is set within a good sized plot with garden, lawn and orchard.
The bedrooms all have air conditioning.
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) is on the second floor and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. This bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool and gardens and with sea views.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a small en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and patio doors.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and shares the third bathroom with bedroom 4 (which also has twin beds). These bedrooms have access directly out to a terrace and the pool area.
There is a large, fully-equipped new kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, as well as a washing machine.
From the kitchen, there is direct access to the outside covered seating area as well as the dining area that leads through to the lounge.
The large lounge is comfortably furnished and leads directly out to the pool area.
There is a WC on the ground floor.
The villa is ideally located near to Lagos town, with shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife all around 20-25 minutes walk.
The fabulous, 5km-long Meia Praia beach is a few minutes’ drive (and is also walkable) from the villa.
In addition, the dramatic scenery of the west coast is within easy reach by car.
The town of Lagos is full of character with its narrow streets and many restaurants serving fresh fish and other seafood. Children are welcome everywhere and there are many activities on offer for young and old, including dolphin watching and grotto trips, mountain biking & various water sports as well as a number of top-class golf courses (including Palmares, Penina, and Boavista – all within 10-15 minutes drive from the villa). A little further afield (approximately 30 minutes drive are water parks and the very popular’ Zoomarine’).
For golfers, the villa is situated just a few minutes’ drive from the Palmares course and 10 minutes’ drive from Boavista. Within a 25-minute drive are the courses at Penina and Morgado.
Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.
Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
