This apartment is located in the center of San Vito Lo Capo, just a few kilometers from the Zingaro nature reserve. It is only 200 meters to the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water, which has been awarded several times by environmental associations. Guests have at their disposal a pass to reach the parking lots in the center of the town. One of the rooms has a balcony overlooking Via Savoia, which is one of the main streets of San Vito. The apartment has an independent entrance through a spiral staircase. On the second floor there is a large terrace, partially covered, ideal for sunbathing.
