In a few words: the ideal holiday home! A wonderful house with a magnificent view of the picturesque village of Selva and the Tramuntana mountains.

This finca is fully equipped for one or more families. In the spacious bedrooms you'll find new, extra large beds with firm mattresses. All rooms feature air conditioning and heating, should the need arise.

If you still think that you have to enjoy your holiday on the busy coast, you're wrong. This house might be located in the middle of the island, but this spot is a true paradise for holidaymakers and you're lucky that not everyone knows that! After a vibrant day on one of the beautiful beaches, it's great to drive onto the driveway with palm trees and unwind on one of the many loungers. Probably you'll first take a dive in the extra large and deep swimming pool. Light up the barbecue and take a seat at the large terrace table for 8 people, enjoy the illuminated cathedral on the foreground, rising above the surroundings. There are nice villages in the area with pleasant restaurants and bars. During the day there's always a market in the area that you can visit.

    “Die Fotos im Internet halten, was sie versprechen: eine äußerst schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Finca mit großem und tiefem Pool - Spaß für die ganze (auch große) Familie ist garantiert. Zwar auf eigene Faust nur schwer auffindbares Objekt, so wurde man mit dem Empfang im Haus allerdings wirklich entschädigt: ein großer Obstteller und gekühlte Getränke im sauberen Kühlschrank, insgesamt sowieso alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Sogar saubere Bade- und Handtücher in ausreichender Anzahl waren vorhanden. Auch der anfängliche (für das Auffinden der Finca unumgängliche) und anschließend regelmäßige Kontakt mit dem nur spanisch sprechenden Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett und sympathisch.
