Nature, leisure and pure relaxation! Your wishes will come true at this accommodation in a holiday park, very close to the Jadebusen and nestled amidst meadows and forests. Your holiday house was newly built in 2015, is detached and modern, tastefully furnished. The generous garden is especially suitable for guests with children or dogs, as it is fully fenced in.
A generous 70m² of interior space awaits you, without thresholds and therefore suitable for the disabled. It welcomes you into a hallway with little benches, a mirror and wardrobe. The living room with an open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. You can make yourselves comfortable on the sofa suite in the cosy living room and watch a DVD or satellite TV or listen to music. The sofa can be converted into a bed for two people. The living room opens onto the terrace. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, coffee machine, toaster and kettle etc. You can sit at the dining table for five people and a highchair is available. There is independent gas heating with radiators in every room. High-quality mosquito screens in the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room complete the comfortable atmosphere .
The 400m² site is fenced, with a roofed terrace and garden furniture, sun loungers and plenty of greenery. There are two parking spaces right by the house, one of which is roofed over.
The salt marsh trail in Sehestedt leads from the Schwimmender Moor through the salt marshes to the tidal flats, and on across the Sehestedt natural beach and back to the embankment. The area is a vital habitat for many rare flora and fauna. The salt marsh features a different play of colours in each season, white and pink in spring, violet in summer and red in the autumn. Along the circuit of around 5km, a walk of 1.5-2 hours, there are 40 big panels with detailed information about the characteristics of this area. This is unique in the world: a moor by the embankment that rises during storm floods. The “Schwimmender Moor” at Sehestedt is the around 10-hectare remains of a giant moor area that around 1000 years ago covered the whole area of the present-day Jadebusen and the bordering areas to the south. There is a lot to explore as you set off into authentic nature. Jade and Varel with shops are 15km away, Brake is 25km away, Oldenburg 45km. The park in itself has no further attractions.
