Completely renovated and in pristine conditions, Ca' delle Contesse offers all comforts including sauna and hammam. The villa is surrounded by a manicured garden and offers private parking for two cars. The complete villa is available to our guests: it's composed by 2 fully independent 120sqm apartments on the two floors with a wellness center in the basement (sauna, steam room, infrared shower). Villa is positioned at the end of a very quiet street and directly on the lagoon. It's accessible by boat to the private dock in the property. Very convenient to reach Lido center (8 min walk) and from there San Marco and Venice (15 min boat). Lido beach is a short walk away (600m).
