This charming farmhouse with swimming pool and splendid panoramic view is located about 2 km from the medieval village of Palaia (PI). The property offers modern comforts while retaining the historic charm of ancient times.
The property (390 Sq.m.) is on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is an entrance with an open wardrobe that opens access to the very well-structured living area. Few steps down you enter on the large garden where thre’s a brick and wood gazebo, overlooking a spectacular panorama, under which it’ll be a real pleasure to dine. Not far from the gazebo is the brick barbecue area. Close the garden there’s a swimming pool (4.5 x 12mt) equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and an external shower.
