Holiday Apartment in Salò with Private Garden

We are located only 2 minutes walk away from the beach (conca d'oro)!
this is a residential area of town, very quiet but close to everything. There are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and shops walking distance from the apartment. walking along the lake it only takes about 10 minutes to reach the harbor. Salo' is located about half way along the western coast of the Lake Garda, in an ideal position to reach many other towns and villages around the lake such as, Peschiera, Sirmione, Toscolana, Desenzano, Limone, etc.
The house is surrounded by a small fenced private garden. It is possible to smoke outside.
There is space for a car to PARK inside the garden.
This lovely apartment has just been finished (September 2016) with a lot of care and love. It has been studies to be young and joyful and to offer all possible comforts to our guests.
The apartment is located on the first (and last) floor of a duplex. It has a small section of garden and an off street parking spot (very useful in town!). The access to the apartment is through a large common stair case. The apartment is composed of a double bedroom (king size bed) with a charming old desk, TV and a large wardrobe. The bathrooms is brand new and it has a large massage shower with radio in it (also here you can find the washing machine). The rest of the house is a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a double sofa-bed (160x200 cm size mattress), 2 huge sliding doors separate this area from the rest of the house so that, if needed, it can in fact be turned into 2 separate rooms, making it ideal also to be used by 2 couples or a couple with children. Also we are happy to supply a baby bed (cot) free of charge.
Salo' is one of the most lively towns by the Lake Garda. It is a well kept village but large enough to find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. In particular the "promenade" along the lake and its harbor are one of the most iconic spots along the western coast of the lake.
